What do you think when you read the title CFO? Some say Chief Financial Officer and others say CFO. Have you wondered how recruiters, CEO’s and Boards employ a CFO with such confusion from the onset with the title? How do they engage the right person and to what role does the CFO perform? We discuss the CFO title at length of how it is to be displayed and the connotation behind the title to grasp a greater understanding to assist in the heirearchal appreciation of this co-partner or co-pilot to the CEO.
